Years ago I launched Silk Road 2.0. That was a mistake, I got arrested by the FBI and paid my price. Ten years later, I’m shocked that crypto still doesn’t have its de-facto marketplace.

In a future where everyone is paid in crypto, and everything can be purchased with crypto - we no longer need banks. Nor do we need centralized exchanges. That’s Satoshi’s dream: peer-to-peer payments.

Developer productivity for Zcash needs a lot of work. We need to make it easy for any Web2 devs to jump in and launch a Zcash-accepting business in less than ten minutes. That’s better than what Stripe or anyone else can do!

Overpay’s vision is to start as a personal shopper, a “reverse” buyer’s market, onboarding vendors as our agents purchase items for our users. Then, we will flip the switch into being the crypto-native eBay.
